Fall is almost upon us
We took some firends to Tent Rocks National Monument which is a short 30 minute drive from our house. The temp was around 70F and no winds - perfect! Highlights are wierd tent like rock formations, a great slot canyon and an incredible overlook. We posted some pictures in our Local Events & Sights section
Our neighbors son is a Navy Pilot and he landed his F18 in Santa Fe for refueling. It was absolutely amazing - check the Friends & Family section for pictures of his visit.
Local events & the great outdoors
We have joined the new mountain bike club in town to help with trail maintenance and advocacy. We also continue our work with the Trails Alliance of Santa Fe. Here are a couple links on Santa Fe trails: Trail maps and Trail maintenance
Cath is still painting a lot and loves her studio tucked in at the end of the house. Steve makes furniture and tin & copper objects while working away on the endless project list provided by his dear wife.
